THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is determined to enhance the country’s economic growth by massively investing in processes and procedures that ease tax compliance through modernising its tax systems. Commemorating the ZRA integrity month yesterday, commissioner general Kingsley Chanda said the authority remains committed to promoting integrity in its service delivery. Mr Chanda implored ZRA staff to uphold integrity in all their undertakings and commit to serving the taxpayer with the highest excellence and unquestionable dedication. “It may seem like acting without integrity and cutting corners gains you more than your conditions of service may offer but remember that dishonest behaviour, while providing immediate fulfilment for a moment, can never last,” he said.
