Emirates has resumed operations to the Lusaka route as Emirates EK 713 touched down for the first time since March on Friday last week. According to a statement issued by Langmead and Barker, Emirates Country Manager Zambia, Mohammad cin Hafiz said Emirates which had a global network of over 80 cities had resumed its Lusaka route. Emirates’ flight EK 713 was operated with a Boeing 777-300ER and the return flight, EK 714 departed Lusaka at 1530hrs on Friday. “We are pleased to recommence our service to/from Lusaka and Dubai this week, and welcome our passengers onboard,” Mr Hafiz said. He said that the relaunch of services to Lusaka would enable our customers in Zambia to experience Dubai again, and further provide them the opportunity to connect onwards to Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and America.
